- Name, email, and booking details via Calendly and Stripe.

- Zoom session participation details.

- Minimal session notes for ongoing clients to support continuity of care.

We do not collect or store sensitive health records or diagnostic information.

2. How We Use Your Information

- To provide and personalize listening sessions.

- To manage bookings and secure payments.

- To maintain continuity for returning clients.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Confidentiality and Legal Duty

All conversations remain confidential. However, we may disclose information if legally required or in

cases of imminent harm to self or others.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted platforms:

- Calendly (scheduling)

- Stripe (payments)

- Zoom (sessions)

These services have their own privacy policies and may process your data securely on their servers.

5. Client Rights

You may request:

- Access to your personal information.

- Corrections to inaccurate information.

- Deletion of your personal data (“Right to Be Forgotten”).

6. Data Retention

Notes are kept only for active clients to ensure continuity. Data is deleted upon request or after service

relationships end.

7. International Clients & GDPR

If you reside in a region with data protection laws such as GDPR, you may have additional rights,

including data portability and restriction of processing. Truly Heard will honor such requests in good

faith.

8. Security Measures

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no online system can guarantee

complete security.

9. Sole Proprietorship Notice

Truly Heard operates as a Sole Proprietorship. All data is managed directly by the service provider.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted with an updated date.

Truly Heard Terms of Service

Welcome to Truly Heard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Truly

Heard website, services, and listening sessions (collectively, the "Services"). By booking or

participating in a Truly Heard listening session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please

do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of Services

Truly Heard provides non-clinical listening sessions designed for personal reflection, emotional support,

and confidential conversation. We are not a mental health, medical, legal, or crisis intervention service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Truly Heard, you confirm that you are

legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of Services

- Listening sessions are conversational and reflective only.

- We do not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice.

- If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline

immediately.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through Calendly/Stripe. All fees are non-refundable

unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of

your booking details.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed or late

arrivals may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Confidentiality

Sessions are not recorded unless specifically requested and agreed upon. Personal information and

conversation content are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Use of Zoom and Technology

Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a

private environment. We are not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for harassment, abuse, or unlawful purposes. Recording or

distributing session content without written consent is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes or

availability of any particular session.
