Every Listening Session follows the H.E.A.R.D. Process—a structured, one-to-one conversation designed to help you reflect, process life's challenges, and move forward with greater confidence.

Every Truly Heard Listening Session is:
- Conducted one-to-one via secure Zoom
- Approximately 60 minutes
